Efficient energy renovation of old units

Reduction of energy consumption is central to everything Nilan does. We can therefore provide energy renovation of old ventilation units. This extends the service life of your unit and reduces energy consumption. The way forward is a proactive approach and a long-term strategy. 

Nilan Service carries out energy renovations of units so that old fans with belt drive are replaced with new energy efficient EC fans. Old compressors are replaced with frequency controlled compressors in order to optimise heating and cooling in the heat pump. Old control systems are replaced with new user friendly ones.

Energy renovations are often carried out on units that are difficult to replace due to their location, for instance in a machine room or a basement. An energy renovation typically has a payback time of 5 years. Old fans with belt drive consumes approx. 50% more energy than new energy friendly EC fans.
