Nilan Compact P AIR 9
Vedbæk Park East consists of beautiful, open plan dwellings with plenty of space for entertaining.
The dwellings cover between 120 and 161 m2. They have well-considered layouts and low energy consumption.
There is a lovely garden both to the front and to the rear of each dwelling, and the residents can enjoy maximum benefit from warm, sunny days. Each of the larger dwellings also has a roof terrace where the residents can relax and take in the view of the neighbourhood.
The houses have been built in a natural setting close to both woodland and the sea, and it is only a 25 min. drive to get to the centre of Copenhagen.
Nilan’s Compact P AIR 9 unit was chosen because the aim was to build dwellings with very low energy consumption.
The entire building project has been carried out in line with the Nordic “Svanemærke” (Ecolabel). Building materials incl. Compact P have therefore had to meet particular requirements.
The AIR 9 air to water heat pump has a SCOP of 5.11, which makes it very cheap to heat the dwelling.
Compact P uses the extract air to heat the domestic hot water, and by means of the integral heat pump the unit can both heat and cool the supply air.
